Certified Partner 

Certified partners generate their own revenues by purchasing Layer 2 data products from Clever's wholesale rate card, and applying their own margins to derive income.  Wholesale Partners are responsible for pre-sales, billing, Level 1 and Level 2 NOC support, account management and customer support.   Clever is responsible for the installation and Level 3 NOC support.  Certified Partners may re-brand, productise and market Clever products totally independent from the Clever Communications brand.

Clever Certified Partners own the customer.

Solution Partner

Sell Clever's retail products and earn upfront and recurring commissions.

Clever Solution Partner earn upfront and recurring commission on data products sold using Clever's retail rate card.  Solution Partners are responsible for pre-sales, and and Clever is responsible for provisioning, billing, NOC support and customer service.

Clever manages the contractual relationship with the customer, however the customer invoice is co-branded with your logo.
